We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff greeted us warmly, and the breakfast spread was delightful. We enjoyed the clean pool area, perfect for our kids. Rooms were cozy, but make sure to check the air conditioning first. Definitely recommend it for families!

Not the best stay.

Checked in late and found a bug in the bed. They moved us to another room, but we spent the night worried about it too. No apologies from staff or any offer to make it right. The restaurant was decent, but that’s about it. Just felt off overall.

The pool area boasts a decent size and offers a few functional jets in the hot tub, which is a plus after a long day. Plus, the location near the airport makes it convenient for quick getaways.

A big issue is the damp carpet in some rooms, creating a persistent musty odor. Found gum stuck in the carpet next to the bed, which is pretty gross. The restaurant could use an upgrade. the menu is limited, overpriced, and the food quality is just okay. Also, the overall ambience feels a bit shabby, with ripped upholstery in the lounge and dated decorations throughout the hallways.

Checked in for a two-night stay and first impressions were mixed. The lobby looked nice, but the room felt outdated. The furniture showed signs of wear, and the coffee dispenser in the lobby lacked basic supplies like cream and sugar. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, which was inconvenient for my work. Had to rely on my phone's data for internet access. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the TV not connecting properly due to a mix-up with the channels. It took multiple trips to the front desk to get new room keys due to a door lock upgrade that wasn't communicated well. The fire alarm went off one early morning, and while that was beyond the hotel’s control, it was frustrating to have no staff present for guidance when we returned. Despite the frustrations, the room was clean and proximity to the airport was a plus. Would be great if maintenance was improved to match the decent service.

The room was decent-sized and included a fridge, which was convenient. The bed provided enough comfort for a good night's sleep. However, the overall experience was dampened by unwelcoming vibes that made me reconsider staying longer. The pool temperature was frigid, making it less enjoyable. Additionally, the hot tub had a swamp-ish color, which was off-putting despite being usable.

I recently stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of my room and the friendliness of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful throughout my visit. However, I found the pool area to be less clean than expected, which detracted from the experience.

The room was comfy and clean, which was a big plus. It was surprisingly quiet, even being close to the elevator and ice machine. The overall feel was nice, and the bed made for a solid night's sleep.
